In the early autumn last year, I was invited to be on the photo team of The Victory Show, the UK's largest WWII re-enactment weekend. Held over a 100-acre site at Foxlands Farm, Cosby, Leicestershire, the show features historical societies and re-enactors of all the different forces that fought in the war.

Their camps and set ups are incredibly accurate and they all wore authentic uniforms, had original equipment and vehicles, the highlight was the air show with various WWII planes including Spitfires and Lancaster bombers. The weekend offered so many fantastic photo opportunities and here are just some of the cinematic portraits I created.
